Pack Health is seeking a full-stack Marketing Manager to develop materials and campaigns to drive B2B & B2C marketing and sales efforts towards Pack Health’s enterprise clients. These clients include insurance companies, employers, health systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. This is a critical position for Pack Health, which is a high-growth company with the mission of to help anyone who has or is at risk for a chronic condition live a healthier life. The Marketing Manager will create original graphic design pieces, email marketing campaigns, social campaigns, manage lead generation and qualification, and develop educational and sales collateral. The ideal candidate for this position would be proficient in lead generation and acquisition, graphic design, and digital marketing (i.e social media management, re-marketing/re-targeting, email marketing, etc). This position will not be a full-time graphic design position, but the position will be responsible for creating original graphics, templates, and assets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate graphic design pieces based on:
    • appropriate visual design principles
    • typography
    • adherence to brand standards
  • Manage social media content, posting strategy, and growth using LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Use social media channels to drive B2B lead acquisition and conversion.
  • Track and optimize implementation strategy and materials client acquisition through payer, employer, clinician/health system channels
  • Maintain and optimize sales, implementation, and reporting decks for brand consistency, messaging, positioning, and design.
  • Create content for B2C & B2B email marketing, manage A/B testing, email drip campaigns, and re-marketing/re-targeting campaigns.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns to educate and engage Pack Health’s network of:
    • payers
    • employers
    • clinicians
    • health systems
    • associations
    • CMEs
  • Utilize Google Analytics to inform strategy, manage web reporting, and improve optimization of website.
  • Create enrollment pages, landing pages, and have a general comfort working within the WordPress platform.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of four years working full-time in a marketing capacity preferred
  • Understanding of B2B marketing, B2C marketing and lead generation principles, and strategies
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience in the health-care industry or a health-focused degree is strongly preferred
    • Understanding of health behavior change theories and principles also preferred
  • Exceptional research, writing, and communications skills
  • Experience managing social media campaigns, platforms, and creating original social media content.
  • Ability to design graphics and layouts in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator), consistent with Pack Health brand is required.
    • Must display a strong grasp on graphic design principles and the ability to use InDesign and Illustrator.

  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and tend to large amounts of detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills; is comfortable speaking up in meetings; is proficient in communicating large amounts of information in a concise manner
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
